Stakeholders are those who may be affected by or have an effect on an effort implemented by an organization, agency, and/or institution. Identifying and engaging with stakeholders can assist in the progression and success of the public health goal, vision, and efforts. In this course, participants will learn characteristics of stakeholders, how to conduct a stakeholder analysis, and how to engage, manage, and communicate with stakeholders.
