Lesson 1: Fundamentals: Kickstart Your Journey with the ABCs of Virtual Meeting Mastery

By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to:

  1. Articulate the critical steps (ABCs) to designing great virtual meetings.
  2. Name at least 2 opportunities to apply the ABCs of virtual meetings to your work.

Lesson 2: Master Your Information Sharing and Training Meetings

By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to:

  1. Articulate how to apply the ABCs of virtual meetings to virtual training and information sharing environments.
  2. Name at least 1 new technique that you can apply to an upcoming training or information-sharing meeting.

Lesson 3: Master Your Creative Problem Solving Meetings

By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to:

  1. Articulate how to apply the ABCs of virtual meetings to virtual ideation/brainstorming meetings.
  2. Name at least 1 new technique that you can apply to an upcoming brainstorming session.
