This course provides an introduction to adult learning theory and a practical exercise to support future training development and delivery. 

Lesson 1: Adult Learning Theory

By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to:

  1. Define the stages of the adult learning theory cycle. 
  2. Differentiate between adult learning theory styles. 
  3. Pair teaching methodology to adult learning framework. 

Lesson 2: Adult Learning Theory Applied- Fishbowl Exercise

By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to:

  1. Apply adult learning theory cycle concepts to a training experience to deliver a complete learning experience
  2. Deliver content for a complete learning experience.
