This course provides an introduction to adult learning theory and a practical exercise to support future training development and delivery.
Lesson 1: Adult Learning Theory
By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to:
- Define the stages of the adult learning theory cycle.
- Differentiate between adult learning theory styles.
- Pair teaching methodology to adult learning framework.
Lesson 2: Adult Learning Theory Applied- Fishbowl Exercise
By the end of the lesson, participants will be able to:
- Apply adult learning theory cycle concepts to a training experience to deliver a complete learning experience
- Deliver content for a complete learning experience.
