2022 Disaster Epidemiology Workshop
The Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE), in collaboration with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is pleased to announce the 14th Annual CSTE Disaster Epidemiology Workshop will be held virtually May 16-18, 2023. The Workshop’s theme, “The Path Forward: The Different Elements of Disaster Epidemiology” will feature presentations and panel discussions related to applied epidemiology and lessons learned from previous and ongoing preparedness and response operations and activities.
Based on feedback from previous years, the Planning Committee has decided to offer a “pre-workshop” session, as the first day, focusing on an introduction to Disaster Epidemiology. Continuing education will be available for attendees for the first time this year.

The 2023 CSTE Disaster Epidemiology Workshop is being help virtually via Zoom and is free of charge. A final agenda and any pre-workshop materials will be distributed prior to the start of the event. Please register by COB May 15, 2023 to ensure you receive all relevant documents. Please register for the Workshop through the CSTE Learn platform.
